More gift idea's Birthdays holidays your time is cheaper than store gifts but it is also considered more special by friends make goodies for gifts cookies fudge breads brownies do a few you might have in your cabinet or maybe little ribbon wrapped baggies of nuts or have old wines hanging around have a photo of you and the person celebrating well create a cute picture frame with cd case and ribbon then there are so many fun ideas and then get a gift bag medium at the holidays find mark down by plain colors blues are always plentiful can use them all year round and just add ribbons and can also find some cheap at wall mart and dollar stores and shazam you have a small bundle gift bag of goodies I often at holidays will do fudge and bread and wine or cookies as gifts for friends make one batch fudge split between there bags 1 batch cookies split between bags and 2 breads sliced and wrapped split between some friends so a dollar bag and the few food items all split up would cost like in full 8 bucks split between 4 friends is 2 bucks plus bag 3 bucks but you know what I have gotten huge hugs for those gifts and them wanting recipes which gets us visiting again soon lol, it is also a way out of secret Santa 20 dollar or 10 dollar limit no embarrassment there!! I have made scrap books done wine and bread in gift bag have bought cheap photo books and filled with family photos to give out its fun cheap and totally loved by family. another thing some women love is in your gift bag of treats a few weeks ahead snip a bit of your favorite house plant and get it started and wrap ends in moist paper towel and wrap gently in plastic with tiny pin hole to breathe with a ribbon or another is spice packs put together spices measured in bag with written out recipe. I even bought clearance candy from Halloween and cut out of Styrofoam or card board wreath and Christmas trees and used tooth picks filling them with candy and ad ribbon to give out costs like 5 bucks for 3 or 4 of them so many ideas go to craft sites for more its worth it don't think of it as much as low cost but its a part of you given to friends and family its so special because you took time to do it! your time is worth a lot as well and means so much more. sorry i just keep adding lol another item can add to a treat bag is well visit a dollar store and really look around go in with memories of the past of you and friends and family members really look i bet you find one or 2 things that will stimulate memories right awy for you both you might laugh get teary with joy and so on or ad that little something to frame I suggested made out of disk holder or to another frame with ribbon or glue. ok incase you need gift bag ideas here is a list put a couple of these things in a gift bag and you are all set fudge breads cookies brownies bags of nuts home made jelly and sauces and dress up the jars with ribbon make decorative frames out of CD cases or get frames from flea markets dollar stores yard sales or thrift shopsdecorate with stickers stamping ribbons anything you have or wish to glue or tie on shop with memories in mind dollar store find little thing that hold big memory of the relationship tie or glue to frame and put fav photo wine and spirits might have aging and don't mind parting with minie photo books half full of memories let them finish the book scrap pages for framing or scrap booking fill bags of spices all ready measured for recipe and write recipe on regular plain paper roll up and tie string a few pieces and Frey the ends then tie to bag of spices candles watch for sales they make great gifts at the holidays for you bags i have found pretty ones for 1 dollar watch for gift certificate deals on sites on the other page oh I almost forgot tins are great for your treats i collect pretty ones i find i even have a base ball tin i got for 1 dollar you can get tins with butter cookies at the holidays and other treats you can find them at flea markets and yard sales you can decorate plain ones you might have get a se of stickers for less than a dollar and consistently put around tin evenly you can also paint tin if you like with metal paint
Pets instead of buying those poop bags at the store instead say yes to plastic with groceries both are the same so instead of paying extra use grocery bags reusable treat hard bones with holes or kongs fill with peanut butter and granola keeps them busy cheap stuffed toys no buttons or eyes can get real cheap ones from thrift stores pick the most run down because then those most likely wont be wanted by parents for kids anyway cats are real easy they like home made more than store bought a toilet paper roll, a string, milk cap pulls, small crumpled up paper just use your imagination be sure to supervise play
